Toffee Fudge Brownie Stacks

Ingredients

  • 20 oz (2 1/2 cups) hot water
  • 6 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® Fudge Brownie Mix 732-0620 or 4 lb Krusteaz Professional Ready to Bake Brownie Batter 732-0605
  • 96 oz (12 cups) prepared fudge icing
  • 12 oz (1/2 cup) toffee bits

Method

  1. Place water and Krusteaz Professional Fudge Brownie Mix in mixer bowl. Using a whisk, mix until smooth. If using Ready to Bake Brownie Batter, pour on to 1/2 sheet pan and spread with a spatula.
  2. Scale batter into greased full sheet pan. Omit this step if using Ready to Bake Brownie Batter.
  3. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 30-35 minutes. Cook Ready to Bake Brownie Batter according to instructions.
  4. Cut into desired shape and plate.
  5. Pipe icing on each brownie then stack with another brownie.
  6. Pipe icing on top and garnish with toffee bits.
