Pumpkin Latte Brownies

Makes 20, 3x3-inch servings

Ingredients

Brownie
  • 4 lb (1 pouch) Krusteaz Professional® Ready to Bake Brownie Batter (#732-0605)
  • 1 ½ cups Canned Pumpkin
  • ½ cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 ¾ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Method

  1. Prepare 16x12x1-inch sheet pan (half sheet) by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut open one end of pouch and squeeze batter into prepared pan.
  3. Spread batter with spatula until even.
  4. Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk and pumpkin pie spice together to make a puree. Add more or less ingredients to your liking.
  5. Swirl pumpkin puree into batter making streaks. For convection oven, bake at 325°F 27-32 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 375°F 36-41 minutes.
  6. Allow brownies to cool completely then cut into desired portions.
