Greek Meatballs

Makes 10 lbs of meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Krusteaz Professional® Panko Japanese Breadcrumbs 733-0410
  • 12 lb lean ground beef
  • 5 lb crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cups dry oregano
  • 1/2 cup chopped garlic
  • 1 qt mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup each salt and pepper

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend together.
  2. Scoop 1 oz meatballs and place in a shallow baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately.
