Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares
Makes 96, 2-inch squares
Ingredients
Crust
5 lb (full box) Krusteaz Professional® All Purpose Cookie Mix 732-0642
8 fl oz (1 cup) water
1/2 oz (2 tsp) light corn syrup
Topping
36 oz (4 cups) peanut butter
10 oz (1 1/2 cups) sugar
8 oz (4) eggs
18 oz (3 cups) chocolate chips
Product Details
Method
For crust, place water, Krusteaz Professional All Purpose Cookie Mix and corn syrup in mixer bowl. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 1 minute.
Press dough into prepared full sheet pan.
For topping, place peanut butter, sugar and eggs in mixer bowl.Using a paddle, mix on low speed 2-3 minutes or until crumbly.
Crumble peanut butter mixture over crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips over peanut butter mixture.
For convection oven, bake at 300°F 15-18 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 18-20 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
