Chocolate Nut Brownies

Makes 96, 2 inch brownies

Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 lb (2 pouches) Ghirardelli® Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix 732-6116
  • 4 cups (18 oz) chopped walnuts

Method

  1. Place brownie mix, water, oil, eggs and chopped walnuts in mixer bowl.
  2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds.
  3. Scrape bowl and paddle. Mix on low speed 30 seconds. Do Not Overmix.
  4. Scale batter into prepared (lightly greased or paper-lined) sheet pan(s).
  5. For standard oven, bake at 325° 40-45 minutes; for convection oven, bake at 275° 40-45 minutes or until brownies test as done.
