Cheese Puffs

Makes 175, 2-inch puffs

Ingredients

  • 24 oz (4 1/2 cups) Krusteaz Professional® Buttermilk Biscuit Mix 734-0320
  • 50 oz (12 1/2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 45 fl oz (5 2/3 cups) milk

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in mixer bowl.
  2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed 30 seconds or until blended. Scrape bowl.
  3. Using #40 scoop, drop dough 2 inches apart onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  4. For convection oven, bake at 300°F 10-12 minutes; for standard oven, bake at 350°F 15-17 minutes. Serve warm.
