Candied Apple Bacon

Makes 1 pound cooked bacon


  • 1 Packet (0.74 oz) Alpine Spiced Apple Cider
  • ½ tsp (0.1 oz) Mustard
  • 2 ½ tsp (0.5 oz) Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Sliced Bacon


  1. Place Alpine Spiced Apple Cider powder, mustard and vinegar in a small bowl and whisk together.
  2. Place sliced bacon on baking sheet or oven safe cooling rack.
  3. Apply cider glaze to both sides of the bacon with a brush.
  4. Cook the bacon in a 400-degree, standard, oven for 12 – 18 minutes or until desired crispness.
