Apple Cider Bacon

Makes 1 - 5 pound cooked bacon


  • 1 Packet (0.74 oz) Alpine Spiced Apple Cider
  • sliced bacon


  1. Place Alpine Spiced Apple Cider powder in applicator/shaker.
  2. Place sliced bacon on baking sheet or oven safe cooling rack.
  3. Apply cider powder to both sides of the bacon. Being more liberal with the cider will result in a sweeter flavored bacon.
  4. Cook the bacon in a 400-degree, standard, oven for 12 – 18 minutes or until desired crispness.
  5. Alpine Spiced Apple Cider can be applied to finished bacon. This should be done fresh from the oven to allow the cider to adhere to the warm bacon.
