Directions 1 HEAT griddle to 375F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle. 2 WHISK mix and water (or milk/egg, if using). Batter will be thick. For thinner pancakes, add more water or milk. Do not over-mix. 3 POUR slightly less than cup batter per pancake onto griddle. 4 COOK pancakes 1 - 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. (Note: Flip only once. Bubbles may not form.)

Protein Waffles 2 cups Krusteaz Blueberry Protein Pancake Mix 1 1/4 cups cold water 1 egg 1 Tbsp vegetable oil Blend all ingredients together. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour batter onto lightly greased and preheated waffle iron. Cook waffles until steaming stops or until golden brown. Serve with your favorite fruit and yogurt or whipped cream, if desired.

This mix should perform for its intended use for 12 months in cool dry storage. Hot, humid storage may reduce shelf life. Each shipment will be properly controlled and handled to prevent adulteration as defined in the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (section 402).
